Claire's Fashions Online Sales Policies
Online orders require payment in full, by credit card, when the order is placed. Orders can not be cancelled.
Claire's Fashions offers $35 shipping and handling with in the continental United States, if the order is shipped standard shipping (Claire's Fashions uses UPS ground). Alaska and Hawaii are extra. Any rush order will be sent next day, 2nd day air, or 3 day air (customer preference) and the customer will pay all applicable UPS shipping charges. We do not ship outside of the USA.

Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 30% of the price of the dress + Shipping and Handling. You must also return the dress via UPS, FedEx or USPS at your expense.
If you return the dress for an exchange we will charge your credit card for the additional shipping and handling for the second dress. The charge will be $35 for domestic USA(excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Please call us at 302-798-1312 or email us at clairesinc@aol.com within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses and gowns that we do not have in stock. You will be advised with 48 hours, via e-mail, if your purchase is a special order along with the estimated shipping date. Orders that cannot be filled in time for a specific wear date will not be processed and you will not be charged and will be advised by e-mail that order can't be completed.
All items are inspected and steamed before shipping and all returned items will be inspected upon receipt at Claire's Fashions. Any item that is returned with unreported damages or has been altered in any way, will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable. Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable. Items cannot be returned and will not be accepted after the event wear date. Refused packages are charged Restocking fees 20%.
Please note that our return and exchange policy applies exclusively to web orders. All sales made in-store are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
