Unlike many internet stores that are just a website and a warehouse, Claire's Fashions is an actual women's boutique. We are a family owned and operated business in Wilmington, Delaware and our showroom has been located at 1312 Philadelphia Pike, for over 25 years.
Every order placed on clairesfashions.net is delivered to our store first. We steam and inspect each and every gown to make sure it is perfect before it ships to you. If there is a problem with any gown, we will fix it or replace it.
All online orders are safe and secure. Credit card information is delivered directly to us and processed in the store. No need to worry about third party processing companies.
Claire's Fashions On Line Sales Policies
On line orders require payment in full, by credit card, when the order is placed. Orders can not be cancelled.
Claire's Fashions offers $20 shipping and handling if the order is shipped standard shipping (Claire's Fashions uses UPS ground). Any rush order will be sent next day or 2 day air (customer preference) and the customer will pay all applicable UPS shipping charges.
NOTE: If purchasing a Jovani gown from outside of the US, Jovani requires us to charge an international shipping fee of $100 minimum. We will contact you with the exact shipping cost before placing your order.

Online Return Policy
We hope you love your outfit but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 30% of the price of the dress +$20 Shipping and Handling . If you return the dress for an exchange, we will charge your credit card for the shipping and handling ($20 domestic USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii)expenses for the new garment.
Please call us at 302-798-1312 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. Return shipping is the customer's expense. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock. If the item you want to order is not in our stock, we will contact you via email before placing an order to let you know that the dress is not in stock and what the approximate ship date from the vendor will be.
Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable. If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable. Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable. Dresses can not be returned after the event date. Refused packages are charged Restocking fees 30%.
